• Five years of relevant inspection experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory inspections within the retail food program.
• Prepare inspection reports and compliance advisories.
• Issue orders and civil penalties as required.
• Review facilities’ plans and provide training to operators and staff.
