Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Foodservice Manager 2 to lead retail operations at Hackensack Meridian Health's Old Bridge Medical Center (113 beds) and Raritan Bay Medical Center (365 beds) in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, NJ.The Retail Food Manager oversees front- and back-of-house retail operations across two locations, leading frontline staff while managing menus, promotions, cash handling, and retail sales.
