You will supervise opening/closing, assist in achieving sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a premium shopping environment while participating in training and career growth within Skechers. This entry-level leadership role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and employee discounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products, ensuring a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing and adherence to security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth experience.
