Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Lead Retail Team Member in Elko, NV. This full-time role involves cross-training between Food Service and Front-of-Store with starting pay between $17.76/hr and $19.76/hr. You will lead the floor, support store operations, and step up during busy times to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include modeling Maverik’s GET service, supervising teammates, and helping with stock and checkout tasks while promoting from within and advancing professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Permit, if required by the store/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: greet, engage and thank customers with prompt, friendly service.
• Provide leadership and team support on the floor.
• Maintain daily store operations: stocking, organization, inventory, cash handling, shift checkout, and reporting.
