Job summary

A&F Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates in delivering a quality in-store experience in Illinois. You will drive sales through product knowledge and visual displays, while monitoring inventory and reporting to inform decisions.

Schedule offers 12–16 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability; starting rate is $19.55/hr. Opportunities for advancement and training are provided.
