Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment roles in the New York area. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting stockroom operations and orders.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at the cash register across in-store, online, and mobile platforms.
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and returning items to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by organizing clothing and merchandise.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with all in-store technologies.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other initiatives.
• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality and packing standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following shipping standards.
