Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store cleaner responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care at our Hoffman Estates location. You will operate floor cleaning equipment and support various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities include following safety and loss prevention standards, communicating with management, and adapting to changing store needs. A flexible schedule and strong attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep and vacuum as needed.
• Assist in upkeep of restrooms, lounge, and back rooms.
• Cross-train in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Follow Health and Safety policies and loss prevention standards.
