Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team member to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care in Rio Grande, NJ. You will operate a scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, dusting, and window cleaning while upholding safety and loss prevention standards.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organization, and physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment including scrubber and buffer.
