Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate focused on maintaining a clean and organized environment, with emphasis on floor care using a scrubber and buffer.

You will perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning, while adhering to safety and loss prevention standards. You will cross-train across store areas, support Front End coverage, and demonstrate strong communication with management and colleagues to uphold a positive culture and customer

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Follow all safety, health, and loss prevention policies and standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas and cover Front End as needed.
• Model excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Maintain floor care equipment and cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associates Lounge.
