Savers is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Retail to provide timely, accurate financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive profitability across stores and markets. Located in Bellevue, WA, the role is hybrid with in-office collaboration two days weekly.

The analyst will partner with Retail Operations and Finance, build complex models, and deliver insightful leadership-ready presentations. A finance background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of finance experience or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across product, store, and market levels.
• Identify variances in P&L and present insights to leadership.
• Develop financial models to support ad hoc requests and forecasts.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes.
• Deliver clear, organized presentations to executives.
