Savers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Bellevue, WA to support supply and supply chain analytics. You will analyze costs, margins, and efficiency, develop reports for monthly close, and partner with accounting to improve reporting. Hybrid role with on-site presence in Bellevue.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills. Knowledge of thrift retail operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with strong accounting knowledge.
• 3-5 years experience in Finance or a combination that yields required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• 2 years of retail or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate actionable insights on Supply performance to support operations.
• Develop and analyze reports for monthly close and Supply channel performance.
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze product cost, margin, overhead trends, and labor efficiency for opportunities.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to Supply leadership.
