Job summary

DÔEN is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Van Nuys, CA. This role partners with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across apparel retail operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with budgeting, store-level economics, and detailed financial reporting. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence several days per week and close collaboration with Accounting and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, FP&A or financial analysis; retail/apparel preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning and BI systems.
• Ability to communicate financial information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process and forecasts.
• Develop financial models for revenue and expenses.
• Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and communicate drivers and risks.
• Develop store P&Ls and performance reporting.
• Support month-end close and accrual process.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
