Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a dynamic Technical Design Manager & Patternmaker to join our Los Angeles team. This on-site role partners with Design, Product Development, and Production to execute the design team's vision from development through production, and to lead a small TD team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in patternmaking, strong pattern and fit expertise, and proficiency in 2D software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, TUKA) and 3D tools (CLO3D, Browzwear).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 10+ years in patternmaking with leadership experience.
• Strong pattern and fit expertise across development through production.
• Experience collaborating with design, product development, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute block and development patterns as required.
• Lead a small team of Technical Designers and manage workflow.
• Collaborate with overseas vendors to manage technical development remotely.
