Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise demos, and execute store resets across the United States. You will work in market projects, using a company app to record product information and capture pricing and promotions.

This role offers initial training, competitive compensation with benefits including 401k with match, paid driving time and mileage, PTO, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and able to work in grocery environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone capable of running company apps and collecting assignments.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, with flexibility for more hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute field projects within your market area.
• Complete assignments in the US as needed, independently or with a team.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture prices, promotions, photos, and merchandising displays.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office.
• Conduct product demos and interact with store staff and customers.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
