Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Charleston, WV to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for major retail customers. You will travel within a territory, perform repairs, and conduct PM work while delivering professional, customer-focused service.

Qualifications include a valid US work authorization, a driver’s license with a suitable driving record, and basic PC/electronic skills. Training on scissor lifts and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to a specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
