Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic retail specialist to drive sales and brand presence at The Home Depot locations across the United States. You will engage customers, demonstrate product solutions, and support promotional events to maximize sell-through.

You will work with merchandising teams, analyze data using Power BI, and collaborate with Home Depot partners to sustain in-store execution and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving product as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; travel to store locations and occasional meetings.
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual abilities preferred in markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and inventory readiness through merchandising and data analytics.
