Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a dynamic retail specialist to drive market share growth within The Home Depot across the United States.

You will engage directly with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and execute promotional events to boost sell-through and brand visibility. Ideal candidates will manage inventory effectively, use data analytics to optimize merchandising, and build strong relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand needs and recommend products.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store resets using Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock where needed, and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase cutting-edge products and meet market needs while following safety protocols.
