Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is looking for a dynamic individual to drive market share at The Home Depot, delivering best-in-class B2C sales and strong customer engagement. You will execute promotional events, plan store walks, and support brand marketing to boost awareness and sell-through.

You will leverage Power BI for merchandising decisions, manage inventory, and build long-term retailer relationships while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment across nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong sales and merchandising skills with customer focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in The Home Depot with product solutions and strong product knowledge.
• Plan and execute events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence through strategic merchandising and data-driven decisions with Power BI.
• Build relationships with store partners to strengthen in-store execution and partnerships.
• Manage inventory, down-stocking, and reporting; assist with merchandising resets.
