Job summary

Driveline in Junction City, KS seeks a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ locations. You will travel to stores, engage with employees and clients, and ensure quality execution of merchandising initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, stocking, audits, and data collection.

You will recruit and train staff, meet client expectations, and drive on-time project delivery and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with web-based reporting and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor hourly employees within the market area.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for all projects.
• Foster relationships with retailers and client personnel.
• Communicate with employees and provide actionable follow-ups.
• Plan staffing to meet client project requirements.
• Manage district costs including travel and overtime.
• Support regional team initiatives and travel to job sites.
