The Little Clinic in Colorado is seeking a clinician to deliver high-quality care in a retail clinic setting. You will build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the healthcare community to promote continuity of care and practice growth.

You must maintain safety, meet productivity metrics, and stay current with clinical knowledge while serving multiple clinics regionally as needed. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold active license and national certification as FNP or PA.
• 1 year of healthcare experience or more.
• Board-certified family nurse practitioner or physician assistant, where eligible.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if needed.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safety- and quality-focused clinical environment.
• Keep the clinic open for all scheduled hours.
• Engage in community events to promote The Little Clinic.
• Address issues raised in customer experience surveys.
• Manage clinic inventory and supply orders for cost effectiveness.
• Perform QC on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing.
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems as directed.
• Support mentor program and act as a role model.
• Keep clinical knowledge current through ongoing education.
• Cover clinics region-wide as needed by regional management.
• Control costs to meet budgeted profitability goals.
• Maintain community presence through local nursing orgs and outreach.
• Present a neat, professional image per dress code.
• Participate in other duties as assigned; travel if float.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
