Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repair, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Oversee service contractors delivering routine maintenance and energy programs.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive/repair maintenance.
• Repair/build the building, paint, wall and floor work as needed.
• Operate power tools and ensure safe, compliant work practices.
