Job summary

Turning Stone Enterprises seeks a Commercial Facilities Technician to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across SavOn and Marina locations. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and address repairs to keep facilities safe and functional for guests and staff.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years’ maintenance experience, knowledge of basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing and light carpentry.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge required.
• Electrical, plumbing and basic construction knowledge needed.
• Light carpentry and construction tasks may be required during remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Inspect and service self-contained refrigeration units and food service equipment.
• Assist in remodeling projects including carpentry, painting and fixture installation.
