You will perform plumbing tasks in a fast-paced environment, including drain cleaning, valve repair, and water heater installation, ensuring safe, compliant facilities. You must lift 25 lbs, work evenings or weekends as needed, and use Windows-based reporting tools to document time and inventory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Clean drains, repair/replace valves in toilets, and install commercial water heaters.
Complete and submit time reporting and vehicle inventory via company programs.
Perform preventive maintenance at stores at least twice per year.
Manage maintenance expenses to meet annual budgets.
Carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
