The Retail Facilities Coordinator maintains the Facility program for Store Development and Retail teams. The role serves as the primary operational contact for field teams, assisting with new store openings, closings, and remodels. The coordinator works with cross-functional teams to create processes supporting business operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Operational Communication

• Coordinate with retail field teams on store repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Manage R & M budgets; review proposals and emergency repairs.
• Respond promptly to store issues, develop action plans, and track progress.
• Be available for store emergencies outside normal hours.

Assistance with Communication Tools

• Maintain the repair system website with current store details.
• Manage shipping accounts for store maintenance.
• Update and distribute store lists and information.

Contributing to Retail Projects

• Assist with store openings and logistics, including supplies and setup.
• Coordinate with IT on repair issues and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support retail events and ad hoc projects.

Retail Maintenance and Repairs

• Oversee repair requests, ticketing, and vendor follow-up.
• Track budgets and perform reconciliation.

Support Retail Invoices

• Reconcile repairs and proposals at month-end.
• Assist with invoice processing and cost control.

Maintain and Update Policies and Procedures

• Update manuals and policies quarterly and as needed.
• Distribute guidelines and communicate updates to stores.
