Best Buy in Florida is seeking a store leadership role to maintain positive customer and employee experiences, driving localized trends and supporting skill development and performance management. Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
