Job summary

Best Buy Mentor is seeking an experienced store leadership professional to drive positive customer and employee experiences, leading local initiatives and developing teams across shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership or 6 months as a Best Buy shift lead, with a background in sales or customer service and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and strong employee benefits are offered.
