Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Experience Supervisor to inspire a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences in our stores. You will focus on positive employee experiences, skill development, and performance management to drive growth and improve results.

You will lead store colleagues, monitor local performance against company goals, and collaborate with other store leaders to maximize positive outcomes, including during holidays and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or 6 months as a Best Buy shift lead
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

What you’ll do

• Lead efforts to maximize positive results or course-correct when needed
• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Preferred qualifications

• One year of consumer electronics industry experience
