Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a Retail Team Member II to represent the organization at our South Carolina location. You will deliver an Amazing Customer Experience while receiving, processing, and merchandising donated items in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work with a diverse team, support training and development, and help maintain safety and cleanliness while meeting production goals. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ACE (Amazing Customer Experience) to customers.
• Assist with accepting, processing, and stocking donations.
• Price and stock hardline and softline donations for sale.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete sales and encourage round-up donations.
• Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety standards.
• Report security or theft concerns to management or Asset Protection.
