Job summary

Finish Line in Missouri is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail stores. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and assist with merchandise presentation while upholding company standards.

The role requires flexible hours and weekend/holiday availability, plus strong customer service, communication, and teamwork. Retail experience and basic POS familiarity are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering great service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
