Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Kansas City location. You will help drive sales, maintain visual standards, and assist with inventory and daily tasks.

Ideal candidates bring retail or similar experience, a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Proficiency with POS systems is a plus, and a positive work ethic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals while following policies and safety rules.
