Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Two or more years of marketing experience.
• Experience sourcing content and building social media strategies.
• Experience assisting with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, MailChimp and social platforms.
• Experience with budget creation and analysis.
• Ability to read data analytics and reports.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; prioritize multiple projects.
• Team player with writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain social media content calendar.
• Create content and schedule social media posts and weekly newsletter.
• Monitor social media feedback.
• Assist with website updates.
• Create contracts, seek approvals for events and activations.
• Create project plans, manage logistics and budgets for events and activations.
• Act as main point of contact for recurring events.
• Assist with market research, marketing plans and presentations.
• Speak with confidence and write using proper grammar.
• Ensure adherence to HILP policies and procedures.
