Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events, conferences, webinars, and industry networking events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, materials, travel, and scheduling.
• Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and pre-event marketing efforts.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution during conferences and events.
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports and insights.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Support creation of social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
• Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Maintain marketing and event calendars.
• Track budgets and assist with invoicing and expense reporting.
• Manage CRM data, contacts, and campaign pipelines.
• Support lead generation efforts from events and marketing activities.
