Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to lead store teams and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, onboard, coach, schedule and manage performance to ensure every guest leaves with the right gear and confidence.

You’ll supervise Outfitters on the sales floor five days a week, foster a positive staff culture, and partner across teams to support Fleet Feet initiatives and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail leadership in customer-facing sales
• Proven track record of coaching and giving feedback
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing staff
• Ability to balance staff needs with business goals
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboarding, development and scheduling of staff
• Coaching, performance management and education of team
• Oversee Outfitters to ensure customers are outfitted with required gear
