• Leadership experience preferred and able to guide associates.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills.
• Full-time availability; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead and support the associate experience, training, onboarding, and coaching.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and safety standards.
• Assist with live pet sales, adoptions, and customer service initiatives.
