Finish Line in Ohio is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help with merchandising, assist customers, and drive store performance through friendly service and adherence to brand standards.

This role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, a punctual, reliable mindset, and basic math skills for POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
