Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to join our retail team in Ohio. You will assist with daily store operations and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

You will drive sales through effective merchandising, handle customer needs, and support inventory, visual presentation, and store maintenance while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; adhere to policies and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and procedures including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
