Job summary

The Finish Line in California is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will assist customers, manage merchandising and promotions, and contribute to sales goals in a dynamic retail setting.

As part of a collaborative team, you will help maintain store standards, assist with inventory, shipments, and checkout processes, and participate in additional tasks to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals while following store policies.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
