Job summary

Original X Productions is hiring Retail Team Members for The FRIENDS Experience NYC to support retail and photo operations and keep the space clean. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting with guest-facing interactions.

The position is part-time with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and requires a flexible schedule including weekends. Join a team that values guests, safety, and providing memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (75%+).
• Able to move around inside the exhibit space.
• Commit to a minimum of three shifts, including a weekend day.
• Lifts and moves items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Retail Lead to keep the area clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of the retail area; sweep, wipe surfaces, empty trash.
• Create a fun, welcoming environment for guests.
• Cash out guests and answer questions about items.
• Report needed repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with retail and photo operations at The FRIENDS Experience NYC.
• Other duties as assigned.
