Finish Line is seeking a dedicated Associate in Fort Myers, FL to assist with daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a set weekly availability, including mornings, days, and nights, plus weekend and holiday flexibility, with a focus on customer service, basic math, and effective communication.

• Experience in retail or similar role.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math and reading/writing in English.

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
