Job summary

Anker Innovations is seeking a seasoned retail leader to own its US retail presence from site selection to grand openings. You will drive store expansion, buildout, and localization of the global store concept across the Bellevue/Seattle area and beyond.

You will manage store staffing, training, inventory controls, POS, and in-store service while coordinating with suppliers and ensuring compliance with US regulations. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail store expansion or operation.
• Familiar with US retail market and regulations.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, able to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Anker’s US retail presence and performance.
• Lead US store strategy, site selection, format, and launch.
• Manage staffing, training, inventory, POS, and in-store service.
