The Retail Execution Manager role is accountable for delivering the long-term executional excellence standards for Suntory Global Spirits' top strategic airports. This role will be tasked with translating the strategy into action in-store, with the ultimate goal of increasing market share and driving brand visibility aligned to our commercial and corporate mission. Working closely with commercial and marketing teams as well as external stakeholders, the successful candidate will manage both long- and short-term activities to achieve our executional excellence KPIs. This role will serve as the face of Suntory Global Spirits to our external airport partners, requiring keen attention to detail and in-store excellence - including stock level management, depletion and promotion analysis, and outlet standards - alongside strong management of customer relationships and contact strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build collaborative relationships, and the agility to adapt communication styles as needed.
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, NY is $120-130k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
