Join to apply for the Retail Event Warehouse Associate role at Fanatics.

The Event Retail Warehouse Associate will support all inventory and pre-retailing duties for the Retail Event Team. This position is expected to work a part-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, extended hours on show days, and during events.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform warehouse processes to support inbound and outbound operations.
2. Accurately prepare, pick, and ship orders to meet cutoff times.
3. Process orders according to Fanatics and regulatory standards.
4. Prepare, stage, and document products for reverse logistics to maintain inventory freshness and warehouse space.
5. Prepare event supplies as requested.
6. Partner with Warehouse Management & Event Operations Teams for onsite supplies and pre-event needs.
7. Consolidate products to improve inventory performance and accuracy.
8. Participate in inventory counts as needed.
9. Address questions from the warehouse team and escalate issues as necessary.
10. Ensure the warehouse is maintained and organized.
11. Provide backup support in other areas with cross-training.
12. Support pre-retail duties as needed, including pulling event orders and restocking merchandise.
13. Lift and move merchandise safely.
14. Maintain professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent Fanatics at retail events.
15. Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
16. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience in warehouse work preferred.
2. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
3. Knowledge of or willingness to learn POS systems (OpSuite / Square).
4. Ability to adapt to multiple requests and shifting priorities.

4. Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards.
5. Process sales transactions via POS system.

7. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
2. Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Availability for extended hours on game days and events.
5. Foreign language skills are a plus.
