The Event Retail Warehouse Associate will support all inventory and pre-retailing duties for the Retail Event Team. This position is expected to work a part-time schedule, including days, nights, weekends, extended hours on show days, and during events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse processes to support inbound and outbound operations.
- Accurately prepare, pick, and ship orders to meet cutoff times.
- Process orders according to Fanatics and regulatory standards.
- Prepare, stage, and document products for reverse logistics to maintain inventory freshness and warehouse space.
- Prepare event supplies as requested.
- Partner with Warehouse Management & Event Operations Teams for onsite supplies and pre-event needs.
- Consolidate products to improve inventory performance and accuracy.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Address questions from the warehouse team and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained and organized.
- Provide backup support in other areas with cross-training.
- Support pre-retail duties as needed, including pulling event orders and restocking merchandise.
- Lift and move merchandise safely.
- Maintain professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent Fanatics at retail events.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in warehouse work preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn POS systems (OpSuite / Square).
- Ability to adapt to multiple requests and shifting priorities.

- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards.
- Process sales transactions via POS system.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for extended hours on game days and events.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
