Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking and verification, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory using advanced technology. You will ensure the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This role offers performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
• Scan products for accurate shipping
• Collaborate with internal teams for product delivery
• Provide excellent customer service to external clients such as contractors and owners

This role may require occasional travel for training, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared for travel with advance notice.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in HVAC or similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and safety
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC
• Proficiency with PC and inventory/shipping systems
• Current Forklift certification
