Job summary

Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking retail staff for a three-day activation in Minneapolis, MN, from Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 18th, 2026. You will assist guests with product browsing and purchases at The Mall of America area venue.

Pay is $23 per hour with weekly direct deposit. Wear black attire as specified, and be prepared for customer-facing shifts of 4–12 hours with breaks. Prior event or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4–12 hours per shift.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and conduct on shift.
• Limited phone use during shifts.
• Adherence to regulations and company policies.
