Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation is seeking outgoing marketers to join the Events & Retail Marketing Team in the Twin Cities metro area. This part-time, on-site role pays by the hour with an incentive plan and commissions, and the more appointments you set, the more you earn.

You’ll work at premier partner locations, talking to prospective customers, booking no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert, and completing paid training to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No hard selling; focus on setting appointments.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in-store and book appointments for a no-cost consultation.
• Follow up with team with feedback and recaps for next steps.
• Earn base pay plus incentive plan and commissions.
