Aegon Consulting is growing our Houston team, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Retail & Event Marketing Assistant who enjoys working with people and wants to build real-world experience in marketing, retail, sales, events, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

As a Retail & Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns to life through face-to-face customer interaction and event-based promotions.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Representing client brands at retail locations, events, and community activations
• Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences
• Supporting event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Helping increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Answering questions and providing product or service information
• Assisting with sales and customer follow-up
• Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, launched, and measured
• Working with the team to meet campaign and customer engagement goals
