Job summary

Next Door & Window is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent us inside Costco and at local events. You’ll start conversations, spark interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations.

This role offers $18 per hour guaranteed with significant bonus potential, including $35 per qualified appointment, revenue sharing, and quarterly profit sharing for full-time staff. Training is paid, and advancement into sales leadership is possible.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or exposure is beneficial.
• Customer service abilities are valued.
• Marketing/event experience is helpful.
• Sales interest and communication skills are a plus.
• Ability to engage and inform customers effectively.

  Requirements
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
