Job summary

Next Door & Window is seeking an outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our company inside Costco and at local events. You will start conversations with members, spark interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is not traditional sales; no cold calls or door-knocking.

Base pay is $19/hour with unlimited bonus potential and additional incentives. Top performers can earn $30–$40+/hour, plus revenue sharing and profit sharing opportunities for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or events.
• Ability to engage customers and generate interest in products.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to events and Costco locations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Background check clearance required.

Requirements
