Job summary

Next Door & Window is seeking an energetic Retail & Event Brand Ambassador to engage Costco members, generate interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role emphasizes conversations over traditional sales and includes bonus potential based on appointments and demos.

Earn a guaranteed base of $19/hr with unlimited bonus potential, plus opportunities for revenue sharing and quarterly profit sharing for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, events or customer service is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.

• Must pass a background check.

NEXT Door & Window is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside Costco and other local events.

This is NOT traditional sales. You're not cold calling, knocking on doors, or closing homeowners in the store.

Your job is simple: start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations.
