Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support retail and wholesale locations by troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on malfunctioning and broken convenience store equipment.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays. Strong English communication and detail-oriented skills are essential to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
21 years of age or older.
Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
General repairs knowledge in plumbing, electrical, food service equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on convenience store equipment.
Prioritize work to minimize downtime based on daily work orders and dispatch system.
Inspect and fix malfunctioning equipment and determine root cause using manuals and guidelines.
Prepare, append, resolve, and close each service call via dispatch system.
Repair or replace defective parts using vehicle inventory and local store accounts.
Contact dispatcher/supervisor when outside contractor help or locally unavailable parts are needed.
Notify personnel about estimated repair times and follow up to ensure systems remain functional.
Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to procedures and regulations.
Complete a work order document for each dispatched call.
